third parties, except if it is required in order to provide the services offered. Customer information
will be safeguarded by restricting access to the information only to employees who need access in order to service the client’s

Business Continuity
Plan (BCP)
PDR Advisors, LLC has taken what it perceives to be necessary steps to mitigate the impacts of business interruptions resulting
from a wide variety of potential events, including the loss of key facilities and resources. The BCP process
encompasses all aspects of the firm’s key activities including, but not limited to, trading, settlement, custody and
critical data and system applications. While our plan attempts to deal with any potential likely impact
of a wide variety of scenarios, any specific response will inevitably be highly dependent upon the nature and extent of the
incident. Our plans are subject to modification at any time.
